Profit Line has been serving the Northern CA market since 1983, and continues to evolve as the changing market demands. Company President and founder, Don Forbes has assembled an outstanding team of individuals, many of whom have been at PLM since the mid 90’s.
In 2005, Profit Line joined the Digital Delivery Group, an organization made up of some of the best rep and rep distributors in the country. This group is dedicated to bringing next generation technologies and systems to the custom installation channel in a logical, consistent and above all understandable fashion. Expect to see more and more new technologies at Profit Line.
Our showroom in downtown Novato offers you, our customers, the chance to see and hear the very latest products demonstrated and you are encouraged to stop by for a visit.
We’re constantly told that our inside sales support team: Lee, Laura, and Peter are the best in the territory and we work hard to maintain that trust. VP of Sales Mark Bassett provides sales trainings that are easily as good if not better than most national trainers, and his technical knowledge is one of our major assets. Take advantage of that resource and schedul an on site training! Lenard Isaac, our Sacramento Valley/Nor Nevada Sales represenative has been a welcome addition to our staff.

| Mark BassettVice President, Sales and MarketingMark joined Profit Line in 1997 and has been a major force in the growth of Profit Line. His years of retail training, coupled with a remarkable retention of information have made him an outstanding salesman and sales trainer. Mark lives in San Rafael with his wife Patti and dog Tiki.
