President
Don is the founder of PLM, and has been in the consumer electronics industry for the past 35 years. His responsibilities include key accounts, and setting company directions and goals. For the past 15 years Profit Lines’ direction has been focused on the independent specialists and the custom installation market. Don serves on the Digital Delivery Group's Board of Directors.
Don and his wife Margo live in Novato and have two grow kids living in Colorado. He is an avid flyfisherman and is also a published songwriter. He plays with his band DF& Reckless on a semi-occassional basis. 
 Mark Bassett
V.P. Sales and Marketing
Mark joined Profit Line in 1997 and has been a major force in the growth of Profit Line. Marks years of retail training, couple with a remarkable knowledge and retention of information have made him an outstanding salesman and sales trainer.(He is easily on par or better than many national trainers). Mark has won several national sales awards.
Mark lives in San Rafael with his wife Patty and dog Tiki. He has three adults kids. Mark is an excellent musician an has played drums for years. He is also very passionate fan of drag racing! E-mail:

Systems Specialist, customer support
In addition to his responsibilities as company merchandiser and assisting with order processing, Ryan has quickly become our computer systems specialist. He has been responsible for the office network.

Lee has been an A/V enthusiast for many years and has an extensive background in business development. He is currently responsible for our distribution business, inside sales and new accounts.
